Kyle Morgan, the CEO and Chief Instructor at Blu Bearing Solutions, has a background serving in elite US Army special operations units in the most challenging environments. He is known for his commitment to excellence, particularly in leading cross-functional teams, promoting inclusion, and making crucial decisions under high-stress conditions.
Kyle has been actively involved in every American kinetic conflict since 9/11. His journey started as an infantryman in Iraq in 2003, and he later served as a Special Forces Green Beret. For the past 11 years, he has been a Special Operator within the Army’s Special Missions Unit, where he led and managed elite teams specializing in hostage rescue.
One of the most demanding moments in Kyle's military service was responding to an attack while deployed as a Special Operations Advisor to the US Embassy in Bamako, Mali. Despite his role as a military advisor to the US Ambassador, he unhesitatingly ran towards the sounds of gunfire, ultimately leading a small team to intervene in a terrorist attack on the Radisson Blu hotel in Bamako on November 20, 2015, which claimed the lives of twenty-three innocent civilians, including one American citizen.
The physical, mental, and spiritual challenges he faced during this incident pushed his personal and professional abilities to new heights. These experiences contributed significantly to his personal development, culminating in the establishment of Blu Bearing Solutions.
The company is dedicated to instilling the "Protector Mindset” and providing firearms instruction tailored for law enforcement officers and law-abiding citizens, focusing on active shooter and crisis response tactics derived from elite military & LE units.
